Semolina Cream
Ingredients
1 L Milk
150 gr Semolina
100 ml Honey
50 gr Butter
Lavender, Cranberry
Method
1. In a pot, warm the milk and honey over low heat.
2. When it starts to boil, add the semolina and stir constantly until smooth.
3. When bubbles appear, remove from the heat and stir in the butter.
4. Serve warm, or let it cool and keep it in the fridge.
